We aim to provide a smooth and valuable learning experience while you explore, evaluate, and purchase our online or classroom training programs. Like any online purchase, certain terms guide our refund and cancellation process. By enrolling in any ALPHASPHERE training course, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the refund conditions outlined below.
Our Training Services
Alpha Sphere offers both online and classroom training programs across various professional certifications. Our courses are designed to support professionals in preparing for certification exams, upgrading their skills, and advancing their careers.
Cancellation & Refunds – Classroom / Instructor-Led Online Training
Alpha Sphere reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule training due to low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or political disruptions).
If Alpha Sphere cancels a training event, participants will receive a 100% refund.
If a participant cancels 7 days or more before the training, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the training, refunds will not be applicable.
Third-Party Courses
(Some tools/software courses may fall into this category.)
If cancelled within 48 hours, 50% of the fee will be deducted as administrative and cancellation charges.
No refund will be issued after 48 hours of enrollment.
Duplicate Payment Refunds
If a duplicate payment is made accidentally, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days after notification.
Important Notes
All approved refunds will generally be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the refund request.
